But freedom of speech is not absolute. It has it's own limitations otherwise, anarchy and chaos would prevail. More so if it is tainted with deceit, like the person speaking refuses to give his identity but openly attacks the character of a specific individual. This is also blatant cowardice. Among Filipinos, there is a colorful term in reference to such person: "walang bayag".
